Semiosis 001- "Manrico Montero presenta Ecosistemas de Bolivia Vol.1: Cerrado Andino"

Semiosis is a bioacoustics and soundscape ecology project by Manrico Montero Calzadíaz, dedicated to document and study neotropical species and ecosystems in Mexico and Bolivia.

The Cerrado is a tropical savanna ecoregion in south america: Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia.

The Andean Cerrado only exists in the world on the north of Bolivia in the canton of Atén, on the Apolo municipality.

These small portion of field recordings made in 2015 belongs to a bigger research dedicated to document the biodiversity of the Bolivian Andean Cerrado from the point of view of bioacoustics and soundscape ecology.
